Why skeletal mesh's forward is +y axis?

Hi.

While using Blender, importing mesh default front is +y axis.

but I read this document.

This document says that every mesh’s front is +x axis.

but, starter pack skeletal mesh and another meshes(Mixamo etc) front is +y axis.

Why?
