Why plugins installed from Fab are placed into engine folders with random, hashed names instead of the expected plugin name.

Hi, does anyone know why plugins installed from Fab end up inside the Engine/Plugins/Marketplace folder with strange, hashed folder names (like FAVSFavo9e00b8ee6ee2V3) instead of the actual plugin name (FAVS)? Is this expected behavior, or is something wrong with my plugin set up?
