Why my Water Zone has water higher than WaterBodyOcean?

Somebody know why Water Zone height is higher than WaterBodyOcean? And how to fix it?

Hello there @Jozvvicky!

If I’m understanding the scenario correctly, this issue can be resolved by using the Far Distance Mesh Extent property to adjust the visual height. You can find all the information related to the water systems in the following doc:

This solution doesn’t work. I have problem with height difference between Ocean and Landscape Water Zone, like screen below:

How I can remove this gap between landscape water and ocean water?

Hello again!

In that case, let’s try other ways of resolution. Investigating your issue through the community, similar problems were fixed with the following methods, please test them for your scenario:

Hello Joz, If you want to remove the gap, go to the details of the water body and delete the water waves asset. Keep in mind that if you do this, you will no longer have any waves.

My opinion: this gap would not be visible since it would be at the end of the map, which is why I do not recommend doing it since the sea would look flat.

Hi - I was facing same problem and actually tried this solution of removing wave and it worked for me. But another also tried another way if you want to keep wave, is give negative value to “Max Wave Height Offset”. This solved my problem. It was really frustating and none of the other option worked for me, it took nearly a week.
