Why my texture is noisy?

i took the grass texture with my camera but when i imported it into the engine it is noisy (ue4)

Make sure the image file itself isn’t noisy and its only in the engine, then try messing with the compression settings:

I had an issue where there were weird artifacts and this fixed it for me.
