So as you can see there on SketchUp it was all fine, then when I sync with datasmith direct link it was corrupted on TM. I also have screenshoot side by side; left, direct link. Right, basic import.

Thank you for reaching out in the community. This issue appears to be occurring due to which direction the geometry is facing in the SketchUp model, and the way the Datasmith interprets this. The face direction can be visualized in SketchUp in Monochrome view (View > Face Style > Monochrome), where white will be front-facing and blue would be back-facing. You can check for this and resolve the issue before importing by using SketchUp's tools such as Reverse Faces or Orient Faces to ensure they face in the intended direction. Ensuring that materials are only applied to the front-facing side can also help the Datasmith determine which side is front-facing. Using 2 sided materials once imported, and importing via SKP can be helpful alternative solutions to this as well.
