Why my character have weird ragdoll behavior?

Hello everyone,

I’m wondering why my character have weird behavior when i activate ragdoll?
I follow many tuto on how to create a proper ragdoll but still have this…
Here a video of the behavior:

You can see that ankle, legs and anything stretch way too much and seems to glitch
Here a screen of my ragdoll constraints:

The constraints are very limited so why he continue to stretch way more than he can?!? i set low constraints, big collisions capsule, small collision capsule… etc
I’m in 5.4 (chaos probleme maybe?) and i use “Lyra” template

I’ve just update to 5.5.3 and still have the problem… i don’t really know why i have this problem

hey man, i am not sure myself; but have you tried tweaking with the skeleton collision itself after the ragdoll is in play?

like maybe try disable the collision just for the mesh (not the capsule) once it do ragdoll.

it might not be a proper fix, but it can resolve the issue to some extent.
