Why isn't there a simple Lock Camera feature in UE4??

I have been playing around with ue4 and getting to love this engine more and more but I just recently noticed there isn’t a way to lock a camera completely. There is the Transform> Lock actor movement but you can’t lock rotation. There are blueprints for this but they only work during play mode. So why isn’t there a simple lock feature for cameras? Is there a reason for this? This is a feature heavily used for archviz as you want a fixed camera you cannot accidentally move and can easily adjust and move objects around from that view.
Any way a simple tick box can be added like Lock Actor rotation?

Do the devs have any plans on adding this. Could there be some sort of command that can be used in the output log to achieve this? Or some sort of small script or plugin?
