I have a skeletal mesh. When I move the lower arm in unreal (i’ve checked the hands and each finger joint) My mesh’s duster moves up.
This causes the problem of pulling it through him when he runs and stuff.
I’ve went back into Blender and checked all the weights for the lower arm bones on both sides. And found nothing. Then I selected the lower arm bones and painted all the weight off the duster just to be SURE.
When I move any of the arm, lower arm, hand etc in pose mode in blender the duster doesnt move.
The Duster has NO weight on the parts below the shoulder. It is painted as a cloth asset in unreal (and works fine except that the lower arms pull on it preventing it from moving right with a side/side motion when running and easily pulls it though the collisions)
I would really appreciate it if anyone knew how to fix this
