Why is the Epic Games Launcher so clunky, slow and prone to getting stuck 3/5 times?

Every time I try to do something on the launcher, 3 out of 5 times it gets stuck in this loading loop. Viewing a page? Buying a game? stuck in loading loop. Trying to search for a game asset? stuck in a loading loop. It is super slow to load up and overall just feels clunky to use with these breakages happening all the time.

My system specs are i9 11900k, 64 GB GSkill Trident Z RAM, Kingston SSD, RTX 3080Ti GPU so it’s definitely not a system bottleneck. Internet is 20mbps, idk if that’s slow in the first world but it’s hella fast compared to what we get here.

How is it that EPIC, with all its might, is unable to optimize their own launcher?

Thanks! Though I didn’t think this is a problem with setup or with getting started with it. I’m trying to find the technical aspect of the launcher’s clunkiness.
