Why is the engine creating a hole in the brush? (5.2)

Hi there!

I’m constructing a room using geometry boxes for blockouting the level and encountering an issue I’ve never had before and don’t understand:

On one side of the room, the engine is suddenly cutting a hole / slot into the floor. The wall is perfectly aligned with the other brushes and the floor, which I’ve double-checked multiple times. Even after rebuilding the wall entirely, the issue persists. However, when I move the wall by just 1 unit in either direction, the issue disappears, but then the brush is no longer perfectly aligned.

This is the first time this has happened; I’ve now noticed that adjacent rooms are also affected by this issue. It’s always the same side of the wall.

What could be causing this error?
