Why is the custom analytics event not appearing in the dashboard when triggered from the new onboarding flow?

Hi team,
I’m trying to trace a custom analytics event triggered during the new user onboarding process, but it doesn’t seem to show up in our analytics dashboard. I’ve double-checked the event name and payload format, and everything seems correct on my end.

Could someone please help verify if the event is reaching the backend, or if there’s an issue with the channel configuration or dashboard filters?
