Why is the character spawning

Hi all,

I’ve created a menu level with widget and noticed the player is spawning in the level, if the game mode is none then it should not be doing this as far as I knew to be the truth? I think this is impacting on my ability to save the game properly as well once I actually open the level because it immediately saves when the player exists

You’ll want to set the game mode override for that level as a separate game mode and set default actor as an empty actor(without mesh) otherwise it will use your project default game mode and spawn default actor
