Check your mesh LODs, specifically for the head, to ensure that they exist and are set properly.
Thank you for your reply. I found that it’s a problem with the hair. After hiding all the hair, the head is normal. Is there a problem with the hair rendering???
I can’t say specifically, as I’ve not reached to point of personally using metahuman, but see below:

were you able to find a fix?
I have the same issue.
In the sequencer it only showed around the 20th-48th frame but in the Movie Render Queue output frames it shows immediately, see first image.
Edit: I created a metahuman and removed the hair and as seen the face does not blur like the first metahuman does.
For old cards like mine
(Nvidia 1080):
Enter this command: r.HairStrands.ComposeAfterTranslucency 2
