Why is no debug data prompted when watching values in blueprints?

You may need to either select the pertinent actor instance from the scene or from this dropdown:


Admittedly, I never fully understood watching values; half the time I feel like they either do not work properly or report nonsense. But that might be me. Over the years, from what I’ve gathered, the general consensus is they’re often unreliable… :expressionless:
