Why is my Player Character detaching from its Camera when I create a looping Widget on the screen?

When my PlayerCharacter gets below 25% health, they are meant to have a looping animation of a bloody-screen play, only until they die or get back above the 25% health. Somehow, this also causes the PlayerCharacter’s mesh to not rotate along with the camera as it normally would. So, when I move backward relative to the direction I was facing upon getting 25% health, I get to see the face of my PlayerCharacter.
