Why is my Physics Constraint Delayed?

When I move any direction, the guns on the backpack (Structure shown below), almost seem delayed or “lagging” behind the backpack’s motion.

This is how it looks when my character is walking to the right.
I’m just wondering why It’s delayed, I played with many of the settings inside of the physics constraint and none of them fixed it.

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community. I had the same thing happen using Chaos a while back. I felt like it was a bug at that point. Take a peek at this thread. Is this the same issue? Lag when attaching actor to component (Also which version of UE are you running and are you using Chaos?)

Hey! Thank you for the welcome, I’m really enjoying it so far!

I’m using version 5.5.3 of Unreal Engine and I don’t know where to check if I’m using chaos, This is not the same issue at first glance.

Does this occur on more than one project or is it a specific object that is lagging?

This is the only project I use physics constraints, and its the weapons that are delayed when the backpack moves
