Why is my level sequence not possessing target actor during runtime?

Hello,
I have created a level sequence using take recorder for a chaos vehicle. I recorded the vehicle being driven and have made a level sequence out of it.

When I scrub through the level sequence in the sequence editor, I can see my chaos vehicle moving the way I recorded it. However, when I try to play this same sequence during runtime/playback of the level, the sequence plays but the actor doesn’t seem to move. It looks like the camera cut moves but without the actor that I’m trying to target. I can even see the wheels on my chaos vehicle move and rotate according to the level sequence. It is difficult to accurately describe so I will try to attach a video or images.
