Why is my Level not saving properly and my assets disappear?

When I start a project - everything starts out fine. I can import my assets and arrange them how I want and so on. But then, when I save project, that’s when things get screwy. I notice that the timestamp doesn’t change from when I first started the project. So when I open it again it’s a blank Level and my assets aren’t there. But the thing is I don’t get an Error Message of any kind when this happens. And when I select “Save All”, it’ll let me name the file how I want to when I name it so that’s working. I really don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know if this is an isolated incident with me or if this has to do with the latest update with Unreal Engine 5 and no one has reported on it. But this has never happened before. If someone could please reach out to me and held I’d greatly appreciate it.

Do you get any error/warnings in the log when starting the project?

No, that’s the weirdest thing about it. I don’t get any error messages/warnings.
