Why is my flag so much heavier whan the content example flag?

I imported a flag mesh and set it up with parameters copied from the content example by Epic, but I get very different results:

Anyone know why my flag is so much heavier that the wind can’t even lift it?

It’s scaled correctly (from what I could tell) and only about 2.5k triangles, so I don’t know what the source of the issue could even be.

What are you using to create the wind effect? Is it a shader based wind effect or is it caused from some other source?

I’m using the built in wind actor, same as Epic are doing in the content example (where that brown “flag” comes from).
