Why is my bokeh poor quality around my EXR media plate?

Hi there, I am trying to make a realistic cutout of a video and super imposing it in UE, but I get a very poor quality bokeh when there is text behind the person.

What is causing this issue? I’ve been trying to have it so the text is not so pixelated behind the person’s hair, but I don’t seem to be able to figure it out.

I am using a Cine Camera Actor and for some reason the bokeh on the text disappears from in between her strands of hair and it just shows as very sharp text. It’s almost as if UE is considering that text to be very close to the hair so it isn’t having bokeh applied.

Would anyone have any advice to share on how they can avoid this?

Thank you.
