Why is Epic Launcher running "Windows Camera Frame Server Monitor" (camera recorder)?

Why is “Epic Launcher” running a Service host for “Windows Camera Frame Server Monitor” ???

• “Windows Camera Frame Server Monitor” is a camera recording service:
• “capture the video from a camera, decode it and send it to apps”
  
  

1. I do not want Epic recording anything. I don’t even have the Launcher.exe running (I manually closed it hours ago and only had UE4x running), yet this service for Launcher, is running!

I dont even have a webcam on this PC. But it is very annoying that I keep getting forced updates of the Epic launcher > and now it’s running this camera recording service.

2. And why is the Dump file 1 GB??? (which makes me think it was already recording.)
   
   

• (In Task manager > I right clicked on the service (started by Epic launcher, with the Epic icon) > chose Create memory dump file > saved to Temp folder = “EpicGamesLauncher.DMP” @ 1.02 GB.)

Where is the best place to create a report/support ticket for this?

• It’s not exactly a Marketplace issue, nor an Epic account issue. So I was unsure which website division to report this to.
