Why is DOF blur, some lights and textures missing from my rendered movie?

To be exact, the lights and textures did seem to render correctly in another pc. So could this be a hardware issue or a missed setting in the engine? Using the same camera settings in another project dof/lights/textures seems to work correctly.

Help I’ve found but did not work was:
Disabled compression.
I tried switching texture streaming.
Raised DOF quality.
Engine is using Separate Process for rendering.
