Why Im getting wrong scale (Waaaay Too small) of all exports from a photogrametry project

Model and point cloud in RC looks just fine, but Ortho projections has wrong rotation and scale when export as well model and point cloud.
Pictures are geotaged from RTK device.
Tried to reprocess the picture set and Im having weird results wiht wrong elevations.
Any advice?

Hi Maverikhp,
do you have set correct coordinate system for Project, Output and also during Ortho creation and Ortho export?

This is the info for the last ortho I ran, but i have tried with other pryections and reference coordinates ans the result is the same.
Measurements and contours in RC works fine, problem is with the exports. (Ortho and point cloud See images below)

This seems like the ortho creation CS was right. But it also depends, what do you have set as Output coordinate system in the application settings:

And also which one do you have set during ortho exporting:

If the data are correct in RealityCapture, then only export settings could be wrongly set. Also, where are you trying to open those ortho and point cloud?

First, thank you very much @OndrejTrhan for taking the time to help me, very much appreciated.
I think the problem is in actual export process, for some reason is getting a pixel size waaayyyyy smaler than actually is, see the TWF file information.

Supposed that lines 1 and 4 should be pixel size in map units, that for my case should be 0.03 (see RC ortho export parameters below)

Also lines 2 and 3 corresponds to the rotation which should be on map units too.
I have tried exporting in all possible options and result are the same, also uninstall, reinstall and lately reprocess the whole project but results are weirder than this ones.

Hi,
this seems like your coordinates are in degrees. When you are opening the files, do you have set coordinate system to degrees? Can you try use coordinate system which uses meters and export it again?

Thank you @OndrejTrhan, you are right, problem was output projection coordinates, as you suggest.
