why i must delate controll rig to make animathion work ?

Because you’re trying to use a joint based animation to a control rig.
If you want to apply the joint based animation onto the control rig, you need to bake the animation as follows:

  • Delete the control rig in Sequencer
  • Body > Plus ( Track ) > Animation > choose your animation
  • Scroll the timeline, you’ll see the animation applied on the SK
  • Right click on the Body > Bake to Control Rig
  • The control rig will appear again inside Sequencer, the animation clip will become grey and basically UE did a retargeting of the joint animation onto the Control Rig controls.
