Some issues are due to low resolution lightmaps, but in other cases it would be caused by surfaces on top of other surface which create shadows that will bleed around the object.

well I have minimum 256 in some objects its 512 and 1024
it eats up 15 gb of my memory , are you sure its all about resolution of lightmaps ?
very interesting is that you didn’t say anything about UVs , so you think they look correct ?
P.S
by the way I tried to increase everything to 2048 , and scene colour turned to red (super high res)
and UE crashed due to memory lack , so you think 32gig machine can’t handle that building to compute it without light/shadow stains?
Don’t turn up the UV’s to 2048, that won’t be necessary
Lightmap resolution is definitely an issue though, some of the boxes are only a few pixels on a side which is not enough. As for the UV’s, the pillars are OK but you’ve split it up more than is really necessary, it’s best to have as few seams as possible and have a low amount of stretching.
you think one UV shell for collumn will be better solution than 2 shels like in my case . right ?

by the way I’m pushing only “build lighting only” button , might it be issue ?

take a look at this example - (according to what you said about pixelization) he also have few of them but have no stains
