why I can't start the UE4.27.2 now?

even I completed re-install the 4.27.2(delete all old file),
I just click the start button,no load any project.

the App can’t start,after the loading process of the above picture is displayed, the program does not start, and there is no “UE4Editor.exe” in the process manager,no nothing error message.

Is it because I updated win10?

Can anyone help me?

I had found the reason,because install the Anaconda3,this software will cause the plugin “OVRPlugin”
can’t work , just uninstall the Anaconda3,my 4.27.2 can start now.
