Why I can"t drag outliner? I tried to dragged it but it wouldn’t move.
Select the object, make sure the move gizmo has appeared and then try to move it.
The hotkey used to select the move tool is the key “W” (like maya).
what is gizmo? it’s still not works
gizmo is the location/rotation/scale handle of an actor.
try to make the actor visible before you drag it in World Outliner.
