i’m very beginer in Reality Capture, Itry to scan my face to be metahuman, but I don’t why , I can’t align all images, what can I do now? I already purchase 8000 RealityCapture Credits

to align all of your images you should have bigger overlap between them. The recommended one is 75% at least. It seems like there is bigger difference between aligned and not aligned images. Also, you can try to place some control points over your images and then align them again. Or you can try increase the alignment settings (number of detected and used features).
How were the images captured? Have you used some camera rig? If so then you can also use XMPs.
