Why i can not install UNREAL ENGINE 4.25.3 on windows 10

Hi
I have been trying to install UE 4.25.3 but it seems that something is stopping it from moving forward

Note: its on windows 10

I also tried to download the previous version and it did work so is it a bug only require the newest version or am i missing something

i will appreciate you’re help

For me it worked that way, I created a C:/UNREAL folder and selected this one to install, during the download process when creating the UE_4.25 folder, I stopped the download to delete the created and empty folder and restart the download that creates the folder and the process takes place correctly from that moment.

Hello,

this might be because of a slow internet connection
or because you are using vpn or proxy while downloading the engine

I got the same issue atm, I tried different folders download start but it’s slow (300kb/s) and jumping up down not caused by my internet, I dont have any VPN I can normally download games from epic but not the engine something must be wrong there
