We’re already in April and the March payment never arrived. I met the goal of 100 and still they haven’t sent anything.

On what basis did you make this statement? We have not received our payments for 3 months.

Payouts are sent 30 days after you passes the 100$ threshold (must be >100$ after the 12% cut from FAB).
So for instance if you make 100$ in january, you won’t be eligible for a payout at the end of february because you only actually made 88$
If you make 120$ you will be sent a payout of 105.6$ at the end of february and so on
If you were supposed to be eligible in the past but didn’t receive a payout I would strongly recommend contacting support.

The issue I’m experiencing is a bit different — I haven’t received my payment for 2 months. I reached out to support, but they haven’t explained the reason. They just keep telling me to wait.
Honestly, it’s quite frustrating. For just a few dollars, what kind of approvals does your team even need?
