Why has every render target in my project turned black? UE 5.3.1

They had previously all been working and my volumetric fog looked good. One day some of the render targets appeared blacked out and some appeared loaded, full of color and patterns, but after interacting with the render target it would update to black.


Normally they would have a pattern like this, and then I use that to create a fog effect. But with the black RT all fog is broken too
