Why dose the "CapsuleComponent" and the "mesh" seperate when I enable "ROOTMOTION"?

I enabled “ROOTMOTION”. when the character play an montage animation, the mesh is in the air but the capsule component still on the ground. What’s wrong with it?

The asset “FengMao” is offical character in the macket place .

So, can any body help me?
