Why don't I see sales in the statistics?

Hi there!
Someone wrote me on Artstation that they bought one my model.
But I dont see it in the statistics. Whats wrong?

If he bought it from Fab today, it will show up tomorrow on https://www.fab.com/portal/reports/sales
and you need to select the manual date range. Filter by month doesnt work for now.

Thanks for pointing this out :+1: . I had no idea. I just checked by date instead of month and found I have actually made some sales.

Oh, thanks. I choosed filter by month and see nothing.

You’re welcome :innocent:, also note that Publishing Portal has completely removed data from November. So they will stop making update as from 1 November 2024. *Am only guessing since no announcement was made yet.
