In my character blueprint the context sensitive search box lets me access my anim notifies, however they don’t fire. they only fire within the animation graph itself. How can I work around this? Ideally I’d love them to fire in other places - it would solve so many timing problems for me.

I’m going to re-open this question because I think it’s very valid and would reduce an enormous amount of complexity.
