Why does UE4 work so poorly with wacom?

UE4 is great and so is my Wacom tablet, but put them together and it’s like pulling teeth!
Both work perfectly apart, UE4 works perfect with a mouse & keyboard, the tablet works perfectly with every other software package I use but not UE4. Due to a disability, I rely on my tablet to work but its making learning UE4 very un-enjoyable.

Any solutions out there?
and yes my drivers are updated…

I found a way to get the Wacom to work for me with UE4.

  1. In Windows 10, turn off “Pen and Windows Ink.”
  2. In the Wacom Tablet Properties/Mapping, turn off “Use Windows Ink”
  3. In the Wacom Tablet Properties/Pen:
    a. Set the bottom button to middle click
    b. Set the top buttom to right click
