You've already tried all of the basic steps I would recommend. Normally, this sounds like it would be a driver issue, but you've already tried updating them.
You could try following the steps in the Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen article to reset your Twinmotion configuration, as it could be possible that the issue is caused by a faulty config file.
If that doesn't work, then you could try launching Twinmotion, and in the Edit > Preferences menu switch the Graphics Hardware Support from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11 (this option will only be available if you are using a DX12 compatible GPU. If your GPU doesn't support DX12, then it will use DX11 by default.)
If that also doesn't work, please submit a bug report here and share a copy of your computer's DxDiag report, and a copy of your Twinmotion.log files (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) for our support team to investigate further.
