Why does Twinmotion 2021.1.4 can't properly save the file?

After saving and quitting a .tm file, re-opened it but nothing inside (tried to re-connect the direct link from Archicad 25, but doesn't work).

Hi ,

Does this only occur with Twinmotion 2021.1.4? Have you encountered this issue using Twinmotion 2022.1 or 2022.2? If the issue seems unique to 2021, I recommend using a newer a version, as this might have been a bug that was fixed in the newer versions.
