Why does play from not work?

Guys,

When I right click in the perspective window and select “play from here” why does the game play right from the beginning rather than the point I selected to play from?

Check where your ‘player start’ is at because that is where your character spawns at.:slight_smile:

In UDK the “play from here” option ignores where the player start is and starts the game from wherever the player selects in the game. Ue4 should work the same way?!

That’s weird, may just be a bug or glitch,try messaging one of the staff at epic games as they will have some advice on how to fix it or if they will note it down for the next update.
