I am using triangle tesselation if that matters.

If you would provide screenshots of your material that include the entire material that shows the values you are using. Does disabling tessellation solve this issue? Does this happen on a static mesh or only a BSP?
After I have this information I should be able to narrow down what is causing this.
Making it into a static mesh solves the issue.
Disabling tessellation “solves” the issue.
It happens on BSP but making it into a static mesh solves the issue.
