Why does my UE crash on startup?

Hello,

I am using UE 4.18 and when I launch it it crashes as soon as it reaches 100%. I get a message saying that my "display driver stopped responding and has recovered. I looked to see if this has been answered before but didn’t see anything specifically related to 4.18. I am using an Intel Graphics HD driver if that helps. Also here is my crash report:

Just seeing if anyone has any suggestions for this. I have some projects I need to work on for school but I haven’t been able to cause I can’t get UE to work on my laptop.
