Starting two days ago, every time I try to load a revit model into twinmotion, it crashes. I get the “GPU Crash Dump triggered” error message. I can get into the interface to choose options on how I want to import the model, but once it hit next, it crashes. I have tried opening twinmotion on its own, but it crashes as soon as I hit save. I can see the default scene. I have also tried opening other revit models to the same result. I have tried changing from Directx 12 to 11, but it crashes as soon as I hit apply. This is a new issue as twinmotion worked fine for me several weeks ago on a very similar model. I have an RTX 3060, ryzen 5 3600, and 32 gigs of ram. I did a clean install of the latest Nvida Studio Drivers after the first crash. I have made sure windows is up to date. I am on revit 2025.4, twinmotion 2024.1.2, windows 11 build 26200.7171, 581.57 studio driver. I need to stay on Revit 2025 because the computers at school only have that version, not 2026. Twinmotion worked for about 20 minutes yesterday, and then my screen went black, and my computer restarted. After the restart, I have not been able to open Twinmotion, even after multiple computer restarts. I do not think it is a performance issue because I did not have any performance issues when I got it to work. I have been in contact with Twinmotion, Autodesk, and Nvidia Support, but nobody has offered any solutions yet. Can someone let me know if you have had this issue and how did you fix it? I have attached a screenshot of my crash report.
