Why does my project keep failing to package?

Every Time I try to package my project, it tells me that it failed, I’ve been looking around the forums for a considerable amount of time but i can’t seem to find a solution that fits my situation. I will try to add all the information I have about this error, but its not much (Please pardon typos)

Information, could be important:

  1. I’m running UE4.5

  2. I’m packaging it with the “Development” configuration

  3. Using the Shooter Example as my template for the project (which to my knowledge is a code project)

  4. Even though the shooter example is a code project, I have been using blueprints for the project

  5. The directory to put the game files is set in the project settings

where it says:

I have checked the directory, and I have no “VS2012” folder/file, just a “VS2013” folder with some .DLL files, not sure if that matters but I felt that I should put it out there.
