Why Does My Montage Editor Like This?

I am trying to use the Montage Editor but none of the proper timelines are there for editing or Notifies or anything really. All I can do is play the animation. Please advise

You have the animation selected, not the anim montage.

Double-click the anim montage (blue icon) in the bottom right window.
