Why does my map in the editor look worse than in a game/session?

Since one of the more recent updates, there has been an issue with visuals for our map. Shadows on certain meshes look bland and much worse in the editor than in game. Some shadows in meshes show up darker than they are in game. Overall, the editor just looks a lot worse than what the map looks like in a session. We think it derives from Distance Field Lighting, but we arent 100% sure on that. Whenever we toggle “Affect Distance Field Lighting” now, nothing on the mesh changes. This was not the case before the update, so we think the distance field lighting is possibly visually bugged in the editor. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.

Heres some pics of what our foliage looks like in editor compared to in a session:

Sorry that the pics are low quality but you can still see the difference

Also interiors of buildings appear darker in the editor compared to sessions. Overall the lighting just isnt consistent between editor and sessions
