Why does my landscape paint look like Minecraft?

I’m using unreal sensei’s auto material but when trying to manually paint on the landscape it looks pixelated, it is not an issue with my landscape resolution, my landscape is 2017*2017. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Play with you Brush Strength and Falloff.

Couple other things you can look at:

LOD settings for the terrain. Turn on the wireframe or terrain specific debug views to see what the geometry looks like.
