Why does my FBX animation turn into 20 animations when I import it?

I have a character model in blender and when I export it as an FBX and import it into Unreal, it imports 20 different files which are all glitched with 0 frames in length.

One of these files is the actual animation that I baked but the rest are just useless and it takes ages to import them all. What is happening???

Also sometimes there are duplicate files and sometimes for a 200 frame animation, there are files that are 6000 frames long.

It turns out this was actually an issue with Blender, while exporting the FBX, in the bake animation tab I had the “All Actions” option checked. Turning this off solved my problem, now I have one clean animation!
