Why does my display turn grainy when using the Image tool?

Hi everyone, I just bought a new Lenovo Legion 5 Pro specifically to run Twinmotion. Specs are below, as well as screenshots of my Nvidia 3D settings. I have the RTX 3070. I use Twinmotion with imported Sketchup files to show aircraft movements, weather and sun movements.

My laptop doesn't really seem to run the program really well, and when I use the "image" tool to go to a preset view inside the control tower cab it's completely unusuable with how grainy the display gets. Do I need to mess with my Nvidia settings? I have the OpenGL rendering GPU set to use my Nvidia RTX 3070 in the global settings and the actual Twinmotion program settings.

Also provided a gif of what I'm talking about that I hope is visible enough. Not sure why it's getting compressed so small. Thank you for any help...I'm getting crazy stressed about this because I dropped a lot of money on this laptop and need it to work.

Hello there and thank you for posting.

The GIF is very small and hard to see but my first guess would be to try to increase the quality setting inside your Twinmotion preferences. If that doesn't change anything, I would suggest that you use the "Contact us" button to report a bug and a support agent will get in touch with you.

Thank you

The GIF is super small but I believe I recognize the Path Tracer (PT) icon spinning. So it seems you have enabled PT and each time you move around the image is re-rendered! After rendering finished the denoise is applied (by default on) to smoothen out the grain. These two steps take a while depending on your system setup. I highly suggest you turn off Path Tracer if you move around / edit. And turn on PT to review the result before exporting.

That was the problem. Thank you so much.
