Why does it take ages to start & load with my i5 6600K?

I just discussed it, DEFINITELY UE4 problem with either i5 6600K or my special RAM setup: 2x8 + 2x2 GB (20 GB), maybe UE4 is messing up RAM usage? Or problem with i5 6600K?
