Why does it return to last frame pose when cutting frames in animation sequence editor?

I’m playing around with the Anim Starter Pack from the marketplace, and am currently trying to create an aim offset. To this end, I needed to develop 1-frame poses of the character mesh pointing in different directions.

Fortunately, the starter pack has an animation sequence that I can make 1-frame poses from.

However, I have an issue where, when you try to remove the extra frames after the desired frame (By right clicking and selecting “Remove frame [number] to frame [number]”), it instead left one more frame afterwards that was just the last frame of the original sequence.

How do I make it such that the last frame isn’t always just the last frame of the original animation sequence?

EDIT: Okay, I literally just figured this out seconds after uploading this. In case anyone has the same question, you can override the post of the original animation’s last frame by adding in 1 extra frame after the end.

I’ve encountered the same problem, but the solution you posted doesn’t seem to work, can you explain it better?

Had the same issue. Confirmed adding one frame at the end does work. I had to click at the very end, next to the last frame label.

Tyvm!
