Thanks for the video. In this video you are just moving an edge. “Extrude” is a specific operation that is used on faces.
To fix it: Go to the UVs section of the modeling tools, I think the ‘UV Unrwap’ button will fix it, but I’d experiment with other UV tools a bit as well.
If working with UVs seems like too much of a pain, look into “World Aligned Materials” (there’s some samples in the Epic/Materials section of UEFN)
Also, instead of moving edges, you could try selecting the entire face and rotating it.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried using the UV tools but they don’t seem to work. I am probably doing something wrong lol. The same problem is happening for static mesh’s that I warped (the last static mesh I showed in the video).
But the weird thing is that the second static mesh I showed in the video looks fine even though I edited it the exact same way & with the same texture. FYI the texture I’m using is already world aligned.

I just did a check and I am seeing stretching with world-aligned textures too.

Both cubes are the same size.
So I think the two paths forward would be to give up on world-aligned textures for angled surfaces, or create a more robust world-aligned material. (TriPlanar mapping?) This one is basically projecting the texture from 6 directions, and the distortion is coming from blends between 2 of the directions.
